Couple walking hand in hand on the white sand of Orange Bay at golden hour, Red Sea, Hurghada

A turquoise day, made for slow afternoons and salt-air dinners.

The destination

A slice of paradise,
made for you.

Orange Bay sits 11 kilometres north of Hurghada in the protected waters of Giftun Islands National Park. Crystal-clear lagoon, soft white sand, wooden boardwalks stretching out over the shallows, and one of the most reliable snorkeling reefs on the Egyptian Red Sea.

Our local crew has been running this trip for over five years. Some guests come for the snorkeling, some for the lunch on the boat, some just to ride the beach swing and sip a cold drink while the day moves slowly. The day is yours; we just make sure it is the right shape.

The best day of our holiday

Absolutely amazing day! The water was crystal clear, the crew was incredible, and the island was something out of a dream. Our guide spoke German which was a huge bonus for my parents.

Worth every euro for the speedboat

We booked the speedboat trip and it was perfect. We had way more time on the island than friends who did the slow boat. Snorkeling was incredible. Captain even spotted dolphins on the way back.

Our private boat for my birthday

Booked the private charter for my 30th. The team set up a cake on the boat, prepared a vegetarian lunch as requested, and the day was unforgettable. They speak French fluently. Highly recommend.

Family-friendly, well-organized

Took our two kids (5 and 8). Pickup on time, life jackets ready, lunch was kid-friendly. The shallow lagoon at Orange Bay was perfect for them. Polish-speaking guide was a great surprise.

The reefs blew us away

Snorkeling at the two reefs on the way was incredible. We saw parrotfish, butterflyfish, even a small reef shark at one stop. Equipment was clean and the briefing was thorough.

Speedboat plus dolphins, no contest

Did the speedboat option and we got a full pod of dolphins on the return. The captain slowed right down so we could watch. The whole boat was ours, just our group, very personal. Best 130 euros I have spent in Egypt.

Honest, local, no upselling

After three pushy hotel-rep agents, finding this team was a relief. No upsells, clear price, picked us up on time, dropped us back exactly when promised. Lunch on the boat was better than at our hotel.

Our own yacht for the day

Five of us, private boat. The crew anchored at a quiet reef so the kids could snorkel without crowds. Captain stopped at the beach swings on the island just for our photos. Hard to top this day.
