• To process your booking and arrange your trip
• To contact you about your trip (WhatsApp, email)
• To improve our service and respond to feedback
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, safety reporting)

• Our boat operators and pickup drivers, only what they need to do their job
• Payment providers, only if you choose to pay online (pay-on-arrival is the default)
